Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Sunday 31st January 2021

 

I hereby give notice that the 2021 AGM will take place on Sunday 31^st January via Zoom (details to follow nearer the time) starting at 20:00

 

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting will be:

 

·                 to receive the Annual Reports of the Committee

·                 receive the audited Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet

·                 elect the Officers and Committee for the ensuing year

·                 consider any amendments to the Constitution Rules of which due notice has been given to all members.

 

The Constitution can be viewed on the A&T website

 

Any proposed change to any rule contained within this Constitution should be notified to Mark Riches as Club Secretary (markriches61@gmail.com) by Friday 17th January in order that all members shall have sufficient notice of the proposal
