Turkey Trot Handicaps

Please see below handicaps for Monday's Track 5k Turkey Trot (12 1/2 laps) -
First runner off (Dave) starts at 6.45pm ono.

It would be great if as many runners as possible came to the track early to support the kids doing the Rudolph Run, which starts at 6.30pm prompt.  Apparently Father Christmas has been booked!!

The 5k is 12 1/2 laps.  Runners are asked to count their own laps and time themselves.  We have timekeepers and lap counters but with so many runners it's going to be hard to count every single runner.   Our main priority is to get runners in finishing order for the prizes.

Important - Every runner in the 5k must bring a prize, i/e wine, beer, box of chocolates etc.
1st runner back gets 1st choice, 2nd back 2nd choice etc etc.

Fancy dress is encouraged or at very least a Xmas Jumper or Hat!
