Beginner sessions start next week...

The next block of 10 beginner sessions starts on Monday 18th January finishing on 21st March.
If you know anyone who would like to come along please feel free to spread the word. The sessions are run free of charge and no running experience is necessary.
The aim of beginners group is simply to encourage people to get involved in jogging/running to support their own personal health and fitness goals.  The first session is a very gentle introduction to running - there's no pressure so come and have a go, everyone is welcome.

Meeting time: 6.30pm, every Monday.
Duration of session: 45 mins
Venue: Car Park near Track Leigh Sports Village
Session lead: Barb White
Cost: FREE
