6 x 3 minutes (90 seconds recovery reducing by 15 seconds after each one)
8 x 1 minute (30 seconds recovery)

4 x 1400m (2 ½ minutes recovery)
 
Wednesday 23rd April
6 x GP hills (hard up / hard down)
2 x ½ mile (1 minute 15 seconds standing recovery)
1 x 1 mile

15 x GP hills (hard up / steady down)
