A few of us are doing a steady 10 mile run from Gin Pit on Sunday.
Everybody welcome to join us, we are meeting at the club at 9.30
We will be going along the canal, either to the Flash or Worsley (we can decide on the morning)
It would be great to get some good numbers at the weekend runs again, so please come along.
