Monday Training

Track Session meeting at Leigh Sports Village track at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm prompt start.

Only fully paid up members of A&T are allowed to attend this session.

Any potential new members reading this are encouraged to come to a Tuesday night session.

12 x 400 mtrs with 1 min recovery

Monday 27th May
No Track - Bank Holiday 

"June is speed focused with longer recovery."

Monday 3rd June
5k Track Race - Everyone welcome

Monday 10th June
 6 x 800's - 2 min recovery
6 x 200's with 200 mtr slow jog recovery

Monday 17th June
1 x 1200 Mtr
1 x 800 Mtr
1 x 400 Mtr
1 x 400 Mtr
1 x 800 Mtr
1 x 1200 Mtr

Recoveries 90 secs on each rep

Monday 24th June
8 x 400 Mtrs - 1 min recovery
8 x 200 Mtrs - 30 secs recovery
