Thank You!

Massive well done to everyone who helped, too many to mention but you all know who you are, we couldn't do it without you.

Loads of positive comments today regarding the course ... don't think we realise how lucky we are to have such great traffic free running area on our doorstep.

Hopefully word will get round the other clubs that the Bent & Bongs 10k is a great race and numbers will be begin to rise year by year.

I remember back in 2004 when we had 40 in the first Gin Pit 5!
