The next race in this year’s cross-country champs is this Saturday (26th) at Sefton Park, Liverpool

This is a Mid Lancs race but as its also part of the UK Cross Challenge I will let you have a number & ankle chip on Saturday just look out for the A&T flag!
Earlier start times for this race only - ladies 1:20 pm & men 2:00 pm
Please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time as I need to fill in details of all runners on the day & I am also intending to race this year
If you want to travel in convoy then we will leave Gin Pit at 12:00
Unfortunately, Brenda's Café will be ‘closed’ this Saturday so you will need to bring your own refreshments – normal service will be resumed next week
