Great Cumbrian Run by Steve Coleman

Did the Great Cumbrian half marathon on Sunday, warm and humid, not helped because not reading those instructions they send I parked in the wrong place. Found I had to run to the castle to get chip, run back to get changed, run back to start, sweat, do the race, hilly and then got a stitch at 11 miles so finnished at 1h 32m like last year.
