The convoy will be leaving Atherton at 6.15pm prompt from Atherton Station Car Park or you can meet us at Anglezark at 6.45pm to get your numbers and race briefing (see directions below)

I have tried to keep teams all male or all female and in some cases friends together so its not all based on ability.

Directions to the start of the race :-
Travel on the A6 from Westhoughton onto the Black rod by-pass. Come to
the Horwich turn off B5238 carry straight on along the A6
You will then come to the Cherry Tree Inn (used to be called the
Thatch and Thistle) turn right onto Grimford Lane.
Along Grimeford Lane until you come to the cross roads, straight
across onto Rosco Lowe Brow, shortly followed by a T-junction tun left
following along Rosco Lowe Brow heading for Rivington.
You will come to a right turn signed Rivington carry straight on.
after this there is a sharp left bent as you go round this take the
next right turn
Nickleton Brow signed for the Yew Tree Inn (part of the Horwich
Jubilee course) Follow this road passed the Yew Tree Inn this road
becomes
Knowsley Lane leading to Anglezark Reservoir.
Could you please park your cars along the straight road at Anglezark Reservoir.
If you carry on, on foot along the road there is a sharp left turn
following the reservoir round keep going until another left hand bend
and the start
will be in front of you. This takes a couple of minutes jog from where
you parked your car.
