City of Manchester 10k by Steve Coleman
On a hot Sunday morning two A&T runners did this hot and rather less than senic course. I don`t like the heat and it was the heat of Scott Christley saying to aim for a time of 37m that pushed me. Came in with a PB of 37 40 but as I came in on the track heading for the finnish, heard over the speakers that Scott was crossing the line and did it in 36 43. He came 26th, I was 40th, out of a course of 1500 finnishers.
