Thursday Training by Paul Basnett
This weeks Thursday training session we had a few new faces Jacket Mark, Andy Coates and Mark Crowley, as well the now regular Vanessa Thomson and Steve Underwood. The runs were starting again up Newbrook Road, you know the "easy" run! The 2 Marks and Andy did the Atherton loop whilst the rest of us did to Chequerbent and back. On my way back from the Chequerbent I bumped into Bacon Mon who had turned up slightly late to boost the numbers to a record 7 turnout since I took over the session. Next week I also hope to have a 3-4 mile run planned so those that do not fancy the slog up Newbrook Road or a longer run can come along. Thanks to Matt Crompton for providing the training routes and also thanks to Mark Lysycia for providing this weeks training run picture. Hope to see a few more faces in the coming weeks. Cheers, Paul
