About Us

Established in 2001 with over 120 members the club competes in various road, fell and x-country races during the year.
The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation and have a ever increasing group of members interested in duathlon, triathlons, open water swimming and even Ironman!
We also have a thriving social scene and hold various social events through out the year.

Thursday Training by Michaela Shaw

I will be taking the lead in the absence of "Baron Basnett", who will be racing in the Sale 5k Sizzler - Good Luck Basnett.

There will be 3 routes to choose from - 5.4m, 6.56m and 8.6m, which are already on the blog under Training Days.  We will be introducing a shorter route of 3 miles, so any new runners please do not be put off by the longer runs. I hope to see some former runners down on Thursday to help support this sesson and hopefully some new faces.  Be great if we can get 10 runners down!
