About Us

Established in 2001 with over 120 members the club competes in various road, fell and x-country races during the year.
The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation and have a ever increasing group of members interested in duathlon, triathlons, open water swimming and even Ironman!
We also have a thriving social scene and hold various social events through out the year.

Central Lancashire 5k

Next Sunday sees the first race in the year's CLGP calendar and we kick off with the inaugural Central Lancashire 5k from Leverhulme Park, hosted by Bolton United Harriers - a new additional to the competition this year.
Pre-entries for this event are going extremely well and to-date total 175. The race limit is 250 so if you intend to race but haven't entered yet, it is strongly recommended that you do so on-line now.
If anyone has a number but can't race please let me know and we may be able to re-distribute it.
For those who wish to travel in convoy the departure time will be 9.15am prompt from Atherton Station.
Let's make sure we get the numbers out for this event. See you all there!
