About Us

Established in 2001 with over 120 members the club competes in various road, fell and x-country races during the year.
The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation and have a ever increasing group of members interested in duathlon, triathlons, open water swimming and even Ironman!
We also have a thriving social scene and hold various social events through out the year.

12 & 6 Stage Relays by Garry Baines

The Northern Athletics 12 & 6 Stage Road Relays will take place at Catterick in Yorkshire on 20th March.
 
I'd like to enter a Male & Female team from A&T. Unfortunately we can't include some members who only recently have become 1st claimers as they have to serve a suspension.
 
For the Men, I'm initially looking at who is available from a 20-man squad. The final team of 12 will be selected from this squad after the Trotters 5 race on 6th March. For the Ladies, the final team consist of 6 runners.
In the meantime, can each of you let me know if you would or would not be available for this event - a simple yes or no will do.

P.S. For those of you into marathon training, there will be plenty of time to get a longish run in, after you've raced and I will try to accomodate you by putting you in an early leg.
