	Membership - remove ‘On annual renewal of subscriptions each member will receive training top or similar.’
	Management – Management Committee to consist of Club Secretary and Treasurer
	Management – Committee to consist of Membership Secretary, Road captain & Race Organiser
	Management – summary of Committee’s responsibilities to be amended in line with above
	Management – Committee of 3 shall form a Quorum
	Subscriptions – annual subscription fee payable within 28 days of the AGM
