(a)	Proposed to do away with the role of Club Chairman
(b)	Proposed to make the following roles non-committee
	Fell Captain
	Cross-country Captain
(c)	Proposed to introduce Lady Captain role
(d)	Proposed changes to Constitution
	Membership - remove ‘On annual renewal of subscriptions each member will receive training top or similar.’
	Management – Management Committee to consist of Club Secretary and Treasurer
	Management – Committee to consist of Head Coach, Membership Secretary, Road captain & Race Organiser
	Management – summary of Committee’s responsibilities to be amended in line with above
	Management – Committee of 4 shall form a Quorum
5	Election of Officers & Committee
