About Us

Established in 2001 with over 120 members the club competes in various road, fell and x-country races during the year.
The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation and have a ever increasing group of members interested in duathlon, triathlons, open water swimming and even Ironman!
We also have a thriving social scene and hold various social events through out the year.

Conwy Half Marathon by Steve Coleman

Forgot to post, two weeks ago did the Conwy half marathon. Down as a hard run and worth it for the views. Was different, half a mile of paved path then three miles on mostly sand, rough paths, a quick run though town and then a hard climb up for three miles before coming down to repeat the run back. Came in 1h 32 28, on my 26th half of the year. Now to plan next years mad idea. Might cut down runs and do some training.
