Great Cumbrian Run by Steve Coleman

Sunday 10th saw my 21th half marathon of the year with the Great Cumbrian run. Used to be an flat race but now there is no real flat parts. Still stuck at a slower speed as my knee recovers, 1H 32M 12S. Anyways, discharged from physio today with exercises and informed it will be about six months to full recovery.
