About Us

Established in 2001 with over 120 members the club competes in various road, fell and x-country races during the year.
The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation and have a ever increasing group of members interested in duathlon, triathlons, open water swimming and even Ironman!
We also have a thriving social scene and hold various social events through out the year.

Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon by Maria Lowe 

After a long 90 mile trip, myself Kevin Edwards and (sean) raced at
the well organised Lake Vyrnwy Half Marathon. The field consisted of
some good athletes. After a good climb it was onto the lakeside with
its scenic views (not that I had chance to check the views).
This is certainly a PB course, eventually I finished 3rd lady and won
£100, unfortunately poor Sean and Kevin had to wait till 4pm for the
presentation.Kevin had a strong run after coming back from an injury,
well done to him he looks better in blue!.I ended up with 84.34 which
is a season best.
