How to cure a knee - by Steve Coleman
As some will know I did my knee in two weeks ago in the Leek half marathon. On Saturday I went to the gym where Graig Little pointed out I was still limping. So see seeing resting was not helping with recovery I went to plan B, do something stupid. So on Sunday I went down to do the Wolverhampton half marathon. Got there in penty of time, 9.14, it wasn`t due to start till 9.15. I have this idea that turning up early leads to injury for me. Started with the plan to take it gentle and so near the back. Soon got fed up with that and spent three miles fighting past people. Not my fastest but seeing as I was not even sure I could run, 1h 42m 59s was good enough for me. And it cured the knee.
