Wet wet wet
That is the Garstang half marathon not the pop group. Never stopped raining and had flooded part of the run so it was cut down to 11.75 miles. I did it in 1h 26m 50s but would have pushed it if I had known that it was John Foulds two places in front. Carried on to make it a half at 1h 37m 40s, much to the amusment of some swinton runners. ( sat in their cars) Brenda Wane came in at 1h 27m 24s. Swinton had a good turn out in numbers.
