Below are the bike start times for race 1 of the Duathlon Series which starts this Sunday 3rd October at 9am. If everyone can arrive in plenty of time for the briefing.
Remember the new format is there is no rest before the run so you basically pedal into the car park and straight into the run.
If you are not on the list and still wish to take part please let myself or Gary know asap so i can slot you in the list.
