Membership update- Mark Lysycia

If any members are NOT receiving e-mails from the club please would you let me know immediately. Also, if anyone has a new e-mail address, new home address or new telephone number home and mobile could you let me know.
New club "more mile" short sleeve t-shirts in royal blue are finally going to be here(I am told) by next week. We have all sizes and most of you may have seen me wearing one at the club. These are a slightly different design to the previous ones but look just as smart. The ladies are a new cut entirely and I hope to be able to show everyone when they arrive. As always, please e-mail myself marklysycia@yahoo.co.uk or Suzanne soozyg@hotmail.co.uk

your sizes and quantity!

Forgot to announce last week, another new member, Rick Hart, has joined us, so a warm A+T welcome to Rick.

Please check the A+T web site as Terry Gardner has done a good job in updating the photo section on the home page showing a lot of members at various races and social events. Well worth a quick look to see all those happy faces and the few " oh this is agony" expressions caught in races.

We are just creeping up ever so slightly in the member profile section and are now on 36! sorry to be a pain but if in doubt drop myself or Claire an e-mail claroj@hotmail.com to ask us what you need to do. The more we get on the better it will look and Terry G is waiting to input them on the system.

Finally, it's mine and Derek's charity 5K run next Wednesday 7pm as I'm sure you all know, it would be great to have a good turn out and every runner gets a goody bag, there will be prizes, spot prizes and a free pastie in the club afterwards.

Thanks
Mark
