As you know its Mark and Derek's 50th Birthday Charity 5km run on Wednesday 16th June, start 7pm, To make sure the race goes without any problems we would need a few volunteers to help out on the day.
1 or 2 - Car Park Attendants (you can still race)
2 or 3 - Course marshals
If you can help please could you let either myself or Mark L know asap. Also, for the goody bags/pasties,it would be useful if you could let myself or Mark know if you are doing the race so he can gauge how much to order. Mark has sampled the pasties and am told they are delicious!
The race itself is £3.00 to enter and each finisher will get a goody bag, with prizes also on the night. There is free pastie provided later in the Welfare club so its well worth it and all money raised will go towards the Gill Pimblott Charity.
Registration will open at 6pm but if you want to enter now simply fill out the attached form and give it to Mark L at training and collect your number on the night.
