We are meeting at LSV 6pm for a prompt 6.15pm start for our next group bike ride session, it was great to see some new faces and i believe there are going to be even more for this ride..and not only that a couple of new bikes...Ninja Fairclough and Orby Baines are both said to be raring to go.
The plan is similar to last time..a nice steady ride up to Newbrook Road before stopping and waiting for everyone to get together. We will do the loops again with a choice of 2 or 3 loops on a very undulating course.
Cycle with someone of your own ability and push each other around especially on the hills, its amazing how that helps with the pain.
