About Us

Established in 2001 with over 120 members the club competes in various road, fell and x-country races during the year.
The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation and have a ever increasing group of members interested in duathlon, triathlons, open water swimming and even Ironman!
We also have a thriving social scene and hold various social events through out the year.

Membership Update

I would like to officially welcome to our club Stuart Adamson who joined us last night.

Stuart, who is no stranger to the running and club scene(having been a Junior at Horwich RMI 25 years ago) will certainly be a welcome member to our club.

I know one of Stuart's goals is to do a sub 1.30 half marathon and I am confident with the help,encouragement and regular training with us, this will be achieved...he's still only 38!

Also, was good to see Mike Reason back training with us after quite a while. I only met him last week for the first time but if he's anything like his brother Dan, it will be interesting to see in the future, who wins the most !(no pressure boys!)
