About Us

Established in 2001 with over 120 members the club competes in various road, fell and x-country races during the year.
The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation and have a ever increasing group of members interested in duathlon, triathlons, open water swimming and even Ironman!
We also have a thriving social scene and hold various social events through out the year.

Subs now due

Hi All

We have now had the AGM and set subs at £20 for 2010. They are now due this month and you can pay any member of the committee.

We’ve been able to reduce subs this year due to growing membership, success of our races and great support from the Miners Welfare.

For £20 you get England Athletics membership, Miners Welfare membership, 6 training days per week (if you want!), detailed training schedules (including custom marathon schedules), numerous free social events, be part of a successful club (current Grand Prix champions), club competitions and prizes, free cross country races, duathlons, club trips and most of all friendly faces to run with.

It’s a bargain!!
