At last I did a run which went 'under the radar'! On Sunday I did the Llandudno 10k in an appalling time of 53.51 At one point though I was thinking that anything under an hour would be ok! The first 5k is a killer with every corner turned revealing another hill just slightly steeper! When I finally got past the summit I started to motor down (passing a lot that had done likewise on way up). Chip timing was great (very strange tag band that weighed nothing!).
