About Us

Established in 2001 with over 120 members the club competes in various road, fell and x-country races during the year.
The club is affiliated to the British Triathlon Federation and have a ever increasing group of members interested in duathlon, triathlons, open water swimming and even Ironman!
We also have a thriving social scene and hold various social events through out the year.

Open Night - Tuesday 19th January

Hi All


We’re having another open night as we did last year next Tuesday. The following advert is in this week’s Journal & Reporter.

Thinking of getting fit in 2010? Why not try Astley & Tyldesley Road Runners.

The club has well over 100 members of all abilities ranging from walking/jogging to runners who race regularly. We have a great social side with numerous events organised throughout the year. We meet at 6.30pm Monday and Wednesday at Astley & Tyldesley Miners Welfare Club and Tuesday & Thursday at Atherton Train Station car park.
