There is a link on the "Training Days" part of the blog to some basic routes we can use for the marathon training on Tuesday/Thursday. They range from 7.9 to 12.35 miles. They are only a guide to get us going and it would be good to build on these so we have plenty to choose from. We can then either plan these in advance or decide on the night.
Intention is to increase the Tuesday run to 10/11 miles and the Thursday to 13 miles.
