Garstang 10km

As we woke up to snow some of A&T's hardcore travelled down the M6 to Garstang to compete in the annual 10km.

The headline performance has to be Mary Anne becoming a member of the 'sub 40' club by clocking 39 mins 43 (PB) to finish 3rd lady.

Shaun Moran followed up on last week's Chernobyl performance by going one step better to finish 10th overall in a time of 36.11 which once again shows that all his treadmill training is paying off.

There were ever consistant performances by Steve Coleman 38.47 and John Foulds 41.27 and it was great to see Dave Pritchard back racing 'without fancy dress' to clock 52.59.
