I've got a (free) spare place for the 4 Villages Half Marathon which is this Sunday at 11am. If anyone fancies it can you give me a call on 07736572429. Theres a free lift thrown in as well.
I've not ran this race before but i believe its a good one with a few good hills and it was full well before Christmas with just short of 2000 starting.
