100 Mile Bike Ride Challenge - Saturday 24th April

Myself and a few equally insane cyclist are planning a challenge for 2010 in which we are going to cycle 100 miles in a day.

We are in the early days of planning but its very likely we will be cycling from Atherton to the Lake District and then returning home the same day on the train.

We will set off around 8am and take it steady all the way with stops every 25 miles, probably work our way down the A6 before taking a scenic route around the Lakes.

Anyone can come along including our friends from Leigh Harriers and we will cater for all abilities.

If you are interested please let me know on stevensgary@hotmail.com or you can speak with Craig Bradbury at training, i will update with more information in the next few weeks regarding cost and we will need at least one volunteer to follow us in a car in case of any breakdowns or accidents.
